I had the pleasure of receiving a catered dinner by Chef Michelle as my birthday present. Everything about the presentation of each course was expertly executed, and yet had such a seamless and effortless feel that you hardly noticed and could enjoy the flow of the celebration. The flavors of her dishes were each unique and also complementary. I enjoyed my birthday celebration so thoroughly that I would hire Chef Michelle at any chance. I still dream about her popovers!
